If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) point b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your enquiry; this is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

5) Use of Your Data for Direct Advertising
5.1 If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The indication of additional possible data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter. This means that we will not send you an e-mail newsletter, unless you have expressly confirmed to us that you agree to the sending of the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail asking you to confirm that you wish to receive future newsletters by clicking on an appropriate link.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration so that we can trace any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later time. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of advertising by means of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the responsible person named above. After your cancellation, your e-mail address will immediately be deleted from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data in excess thereof, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

5.2 Newsletter dispatch via CleverReach
Our e-mail newsletter is sent by the technical service provider CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede ("CleverReach"), to which we pass on your data provided during the newsletter registration. This disclosure is made in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in the use of an effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. The data you enter for newsletter subscription (e.g. e-mail address) will be stored on CleverReach's servers in Germany and Ireland.
CleverReach uses this information to send and statistically evaluate newsletters on our behalf. For evaluation purposes, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent single-pixel image files stored on our website. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on. With the help of the so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a pre-defined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. In addition, technical information is recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). The data is exclusively raised in a pseudonymized format and is not linked with your other personal data to prevent you from being identified. This data is exclusively used for statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
If you wish to object to the data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We have concluded an order processing agreement with CleverReach obliging CleverReach to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties.
You can read more about CleverReach's data analysis at: https://www.cleverreach.com/en/features/reporting-tracking/ You can view CleverReach's privacy policy at: https://www.cleverreach.com/en/privacy-policy/

6) Use of Videos
Use of Youtube Videos
This website uses the Youtube embedding function for display and playback of videos offered by the provider Youtube, which belongs to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
To this end, the extended data protection mode is used to ensure, according to provider information, that user information will only be stored once the playback function of the video is started. When the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider sets "YouTube" cookies in order to collect information about user behavior. According to indications from Youtube, the use of those cookies is intended, among other things, to record video statistics, to improve user-friendliness and to avoid improper actions. If you are logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation takes place in particular according to Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interests of Google in the insertion of personalized advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
Regardless of whether the embedded video is played back, a connection to the Google network "double click" is established when visiting this website. This may trigger further data processing beyond our control. Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
Further information on YouTube data protection can be found in the provider's data protection statement at: www.google.com/policies/privacy/

The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website (including the shortened IP address) is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", which ensures an anonymization of the IP address by shortening it and excludes a direct personal relationship. As a result of the extension, your IP address will previously be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In these exceptional cases, processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, we should point out that in that case you might not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You may permanently refuse Google to collect data generated by cookies regarding the use of the website (including your IP address) and to process them. The key to victory in soccer is choosing the right lineup. Only when everyone sees the bigger picture will the round make it into the square. Have you ever taken the time in the IT world to make a lineup of all your systems, interfaces, and project participants? There often isn’t enough time and the kick off happens without a common game plan. Use the World Cup as an opportunity to develop a transparent strategy.

The key to success

The so-called fundamental modeling concept (FMC) provides a representation methodology in which, like in football, two things are important: the round and the square. With a clear presentation of data, systems, and actors, complex material can be visualized easily and clearly.

Projects need heroes: from our years of project experience, we know that this is the key to success. But what makes a consultant into a hero? In order to become a hero, a consultant must, in addition to possessing expertise and methodology, find a personal style and be authentic. In other words, he or she must find the golden mean between methodology and humanity.

The golden gap

Methodology is important, but what exactly is the right balance between methodology and humanity in a project situation? What are the fundamentals that support this project both methodically and humanly? These questions have guided us through our many years of project experience. By becoming coaches, we’ve also developed the skills and tools for closing the gap between methods and people.

You too can be a project hero

From our many years of experience, practice, and coaching, we offer you the best practical approach (methodically and humanly) to prepare you for choosing the right tool for each situation. In so doing, we find out what makes you a hero, what your personal style is like and when you come off as authentic.

that their systems can do more than they think...do you sometimes get the impression that the IT department speaks a different language than the specialty departments? So do we. That’s why, in addition to our solid SAP know-how, we bring extensive industry experience and decision-making intuition to the table.

Making good systems even better

SAP, the world leader in ERP systems, does not meet every company’s needs despite special industry solutions. The gaps become apparent once the implementation project has been completed and the software has already been in operation for some time.

We analyze the average workday and optimize the SAP software for your company, while working in collaboration with your employees.

What we are passionate about

The wholesale, retail, and sports industries are very dear to our hearts. These are the industries where we got our start before switching over to IT consultation. So we not only bring IT know-how to the table, but also in-depth practical experience. We know the daily obstacles that must be overcome and when we speak, we speak from experience.

We love challenges

In the age of multi-channel and omni-channel, more and more systems are strained by the central SAP. Where others lose sight of the complex picture is where it starts to get fun for us. Representing the complicated material in a way that makes it understandable is an art that we have mastered.

With new peripheral systems come new possibilities for designing processes. We are happy to guide you through this process of innovation from conception to implementation.

Making people and projects shine

The human factor is all too often neglected in hectic IT projects. Pure project methodology is often insufficient. This is where we demonstrate our instinct for putting together powerful and effective project teams.

We’ve learned that projects are implemented faster and better when people take pride and joy in their work. We are happy to support you as project manager or supporting coach from start to finish.
