Canyon Bicycles is now implementing SAP
Canyon Bicycles is a niche player in the bicycle manufacturing industry. Business is booming, so the Koblenz, Germany-based company is now implementing SAP and is set to open a new factory building.

Shopping with handheld scanners
A pioneer in the field of personal shopping, Coop wanted to improve the shopping experience and customer service with the use of Passabene, a mobile self-scanning system introduced at 86 stores in 2005. The system includes item-scanning, price-checking while shopping and the transmission of data for final payment at checkout.

We’ve expanded the use of coupons for the supermarket chain Coop in Switzerland, modernizing the process and making it more customer-friendly. Until recently, coupons were only available in paper form or electronically as e-vouchers on PCs.

We helped the German bicycle part importer GROFA to expand its distribution channels in the DACH region and enlarge its product range. Following a process of analysis, their business processes were adapted to the current situation.
