After successfully introducing an SAP system, a Swiss department store was faced with the challenge of complementing special processes in disposition and in-house production in SAP Standard.

After a targeted requirements analysis, concepts for logic expansion were developed, above all for the areas of perishables planning, fresh production and shop in shop concept, and were accompanied through successful implementation. Employees were retrained and accompanied for the initial stages after Go Live.

By expanding processes, the demanding requirements of a wide assortment and exclusive customer service could be mapped.
